because it's the little things in life that could bring that
jolt of happiness we are all looking for everyday
there are too many people in the world
who are too ignorant
or too consumed in their own life
that they can't take out the time
or energy to really notice and enjoy all the little things
my friend jorrel told me a story where him and my cousin kris were driving into this neighborhood where
his friends house is, and next to his house were a bunch of emo kids
and as they were rolling up in the car, they were blasting kirby techno music
if you saw that coming down the street and heard that ridiculous music
how could you not laugh?
the kids just glared with uninterested eyes
i mean, just because you classify yourself as an "emo" kid doesn't mean
you're not allowed to find enjoyment in other kinds of music that you don't usually listen to
another example
kris told me a story where he and his friends were in an elevator
and he was dancing the whole way down
and then as he came out he saw this group of a typical caucasian family that consisted of
a father mother daughter and son
the daughter and son were in their late 20s i was guessing
but anyways as he exited the elevator he continued dancing
and then he overheard the son say "awwwwkwarrrrd"
and then the daughter remarks "who just dances like that?"
as said by kris
the real question is
"WHO DOESN'T JUST DANCE LIKE THAT?"
what, just because it doesn't conform to society
and it's not "typical" to see a party going on in an elevator
that you have to believe that what you just saw was "immoral, stupid, or childish"
those people are the ones missing out in life
you have to learn how to just loosen up
accept the world for what it is
and make the best of it
life is too short to be worrying and being angry for no reason everyday
even though it's one of the most cliche lines ever
life is a gift
we can literally do anything we want to
if we were really determined
if i wanted to climb my house for no particular reason
just to be on the roof
i can
if you wanted to start your own business that was devoted in finding the technology to be able to compress a car into a capsule (yes just like in dbz)
you can
don't forget,
you can interpret any situation however you want to
you can either get butt-hurt and take it in the wrongest of ways
or look at it from a positive point of view
cause as long as it doesn't kill you or harm you you in anyway
how could we get mad at it if were still living with all of the possibilities in the world
but... coming back to my original topic
despite all of the hardships you may face
despite all of the bullshit that will be thrown at you
please never forget the little things in life....

i was just discussing this with my friend jorrel last night:
why are us humans held morally responsible for our actions?
for example,
if we go and fuck up, and then (if you're catholic) we have to now go and "repent" our sins to the lord
but here's the thing..
if god is omniscient (all-knowing),
then therefore he knows what you're going to do tomorrow (good or bad)
and if he knows what we're gonna do tomorrow,
how can we do otherwise?
if we cannot do otherwise, then how can we be held morally responsible for our actions?
something to think about.

here i am
at 7:40 am
trying to drink this whole goddamn 1000 ml ( 1 liter ) bottle of detox
i stopped chugging when it was about 1/8 done LOL
tastes like shit!
and my body cant even hold this much liquid at one time
i feel like i'd throw up if i try to chug more than i can handle
right now its still about 1/2 full still
i was wondering that since i have a small body frame and dont weigh that much
that it isn't necessary to drink the whole bottle
but what if it is necessary?
ahhhh
i have until 9 am to take my drug test
and its now 7:42
i still have to shower and use that special shampoo
which says i have to leave in my hair for 15 minutes
it'll probably take about 10 minutes to reach American Toxicology
but how long would the process be to take my test?
well i'd probably be the only one there
who takes a drug test this early anyways?
wish me luck.

so far my 2 days working at the cheesecake factory have been interesting
the people are definately more chill there than victorias secret
man... they had me thinking i didnt have to take a drug test
since they already put me through all of the initiation processes
im in the system and everything and ive been training these 2 days
and then today my manager walked up to me and was like "hey! i gotta give you the drug test papers before you leave okay?"
WHY?!!
WHY MUST YOU TRICK ME LIKE THAT?!!!11
youre gonna really teach me all of these things,
let me make all of these bonds with all of your employees,
give me your handy dandy handbook,
and even let me order some free food
and then youre gonna fire me?
WHYYY OH WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
lol
i'll have to find a way around it
i will :)

apparently a rogue is going around cities like LA posting this picture on walls
it was created by a college student named Firas Alkhateeb, who created the picture using photoshop
he uploaded the picture on flickr, but it was later taken off due to copyright infringements
now some random has taken his work and
has become a wanna-be shephard fairey,
hahaha
the husband went out looking for his wife when he noticed her blood soaked shirt under her car
about 20 feet away, he saw her corpse and apparently phoned for help right before being torn to pieces by the dogs.
the article said that residents were aware of wild dogs prowling around the city but they didnt really care enough to do anything
they suspect that the dogs became so numerous that they collaborated together and formed a pack
i didn't really know that wild dogs do still exist in the world
and it surprises me to know that theyre still present here in the U.S.
i thought they'd all be domesticated by now..
from i this article i have learned:
you are more likely to get struck by lightning than by a dog biting you to death
there are about 80 million dogs as pets in the U.S. but
only about 20 deaths each year
mmm, i love welchs fruit snacks

why is gaining weight so hard for me when it's so easy for obese people to gain 20 pounds a day?
yesterday i ate an almond butter sandwhich using honey wheat toast, it was pretty delicious
and for dinner, my dad grilled this one fish (i forget what it's called), but it was SO SOFT and so TENDER and so JUICY that i almost ate half the fish
have you ever eaten fish with balsamic vinegar?
actually, let me ask you....
have you ever tried balsamic vinegar?
when i was younger, i was very skeptical when i would watch as my brother would literally bathe his fish in this dark, musky liquid
but now i know why!
it's a very unique tasting flavor
adds a nice sweetness and tang to the fish
well, not only was i eating this balsamic touched fish with rice, i was also eating "bagis" (idk if thats how you spell it)
it's groundbeef that has been marinated with lemon and my mom also adds diced onions
and to compliment everything else on my plate, my mom prepared some balasmic marinated cucumbers with red onions, so every bite was like
fish, rice, bagis, cucumbers & red onion
NOM NOM
sounds weird, but...
throughout the years i have noticed my taste buds longing for more different flavors
and as a kid, i remember i'd only have one thing on my plate and only eat one kind of food
like if there were noodles to eat but also beefsteak and rice, id only choose either only eating the noodles or vise versa
but now, i like to explore the various tastes this world has to offer
and i am now motivated to find all that which compliments each other!
LOL
what nonsense.
